New Product Launch
Driven by the rapid advancement of new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage and high-power industrial power supply industries, demands for R&D verification and automated production line testing of high-voltage, high-power equipment keep surging. To address industry pain points including insufficient test ranges, limited functionality and difficulties in networking integration, Hantek proudly launches the brand-new HDL2600 series high-power programmable DC electronic loads.
The full product line covers three voltage ratings: 150 V, 500 V and 600 V, with single-unit power ranging from 1.5 kW to 6 kW. Integrating wide-range hardware specifications, comprehensive testing functions and industrial IoT communication capabilities, the series supports both laboratory R&D debugging and mass production line testing, delivering a cost-effective domestic test solution for the power electronics industry.
Four Basic Load Modes
It features built-in CC (Constant Current), CV (Constant Voltage), CR (Constant Resistance) and CP (Constant Power) modes, alongside a short-circuit simulation function to replicate typical operating conditions of various power supplies and batteries.
Waveform Recording and Ripple Measurement
Supports real-time acquisition, storage and retrospective review of dynamic voltage, current and power curves. Built-in ripple measurement function enables precise troubleshooting of design issues such as power supply transient fluctuations and unstable output.
OCP/OPP Automatic Test
Automatically capture the critical thresholds of over-current and over-power protection, and autonomously judge test results, greatly shortening the reliability verification cycle of power supplies.
Voltage Ripple Measurement
It enables accurate evaluation of power supply dynamic response and stability, quickly locates transient abnormalities and excessive ripple issues, and improves efficiency and reliability during power supply design and debugging.
Summary
The HDL2600 series is applicable to the R&D, burn-in and factory testing of high-power power electronic products, including new energy vehicle OBCs, power batteries, charging piles, photovoltaic energy storage, grid energy storage, servo and server power supplies, high-voltage UPS, and industrial motors.
The HDL2600 series is now fully available on the market. Engineers and production line system integrators are welcome to inquire about sample trials and customized test solutions.
